Bienestar Med Card Discount Program
Effective Date: JANUARY 2026
1. Program Overview
Bienestar Med Card (“Program”) is a medical discount membership program, not insurance. The Program provides members with access to discounted medical and wellness services offered exclusively at Bienestar Med Centers located in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
2. Not Insurance
The Bienestar Med Card:
Is NOT health insurance
Does NOT replace health insurance
Does NOT meet ACA requirements
Provides discounts only, not reimbursement or payment for services
Members are responsible for payment of all services at the time of visit, less any applicable discount.
3. Eligibility & Membership
Membership is available to individuals 18 years or older
Memberships are non-transferable
Discounts apply only to the named member, unless explicitly stated otherwise
Services are available only at participating Bienestar Med Centers
4. Discounts & Services
Discounts apply only to qualifying, in-office services and may include but are not limited to:
Primary care visits
Physicals
Laboratory testing
Minor procedures
Med-Spa and wellness services
IV therapy
Pain management services
Discount percentages, eligible services, and availability are subject to change without notice.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable
Services must be paid in full at the time of service
Failure to use the card does not constitute grounds for refund
6. No Guarantee of Services
Bienestar Med Centers reserve the right to:
Decline services based on medical appropriateness
Modify available services
Discontinue the Program at any time
7. Limitation of Liability
Bienestar Med Card and Bienestar Med Centers shall not be liable for:
Medical outcomes
Service availability
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
8. Compliance with Florida Law
This Program is intended to comply with Florida Statutes § 817.505–817.5051 governing medical discount plans.
9. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
